"Welcome to Mirror Craft. By accessing our website and purchasing our products, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions:

  1. Custom Orders & Measurements: Since most of our mirrors and glass works are custom-made as per specific dimensions provided by the client, customers are requested to double-check measurements before confirming the order. Mirror Craft will not be responsible for incorrect measurements provided by the buyer.

  2. Pricing & Payments: All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR). Payments must be completed through our secure gateway options before production/dispatch begins for custom items.

  3. Breakage & Transit Policy: Glass and mirrors are fragile items. We ensure heavy-duty, secure packaging. In the rare event of transit damage or breakage, customers must report it with unboxing video proof within 24 hours of delivery for a replacement or resolution.

  4. Installation Services: Installation services (where applicable, primarily in Jaipur) are handled by our expert team. Additional installation charges may apply based on the site conditions.

  5. Intellectual Property: All designs, images, and brand content under Mirror Craft and Shri Govindam Glass & Art are our proprietary property and cannot be copied or used without prior permission.

For any disputes, the jurisdiction shall lie strictly within the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan."
